Thank you for letting us know, your damaged and missing components will be logged and submitted in the next monthly components fulfillment.

DAMAGED & MISSING COMPONENTS
​

Fill out this first form only if you have missing or damaged INDIVIDUAL components (not entire products or skus). For example if you have a warped tank tread, or a damaged map panel.

For any other inquiries go to our freshdesk portal here.

When typing out your missing or damaged components please use the following format: 

Item x count (Product Sku) , Item x count (Product Sku)
For example, if you are missing your US building boards and a King Tiger you would type: US Building Boards x 3 (Core Set), Tiger Tank x 1 (ECC)
